Job Overview: We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our office, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in a medical or dental office setting. Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome patients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor - Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk - Verify patient information, collect co-pays, and assist with insurance verification - Maintain patient records and update medical or dental charts - Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and faxes - Assist with billing and coding tasks as needed - Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and well-presented Skills: - Experience working in a medical or dental office setting is preferred - Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems such as eClinicalWorks or Eaglesoft - Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping - Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor If you are looking for an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic healthcare team while providing exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply for the Receptionist position.
